As we are all living in fast and busy era. Every body is in stress mostly due to financial issues, and others are struggling with mental stress and emotional loneliness. Communication in resources are enhanced but bond in family and public's is being weak. 

 Mental health refers to a person's emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and behave in our daily lives. Mental health can be influenced by various factors such as genetics, environment, and life experiences. It is important to prioritize mental health and seek support when needed to maintain overall well-being. 

 Mental health issues are a growing concern in today's society, affecting people of all ages and backgrounds. From anxiety and depression to more severe conditions like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, mental health problems can have a profound impact on an individual's quality of life. Fortunately, there are many solutions available for those struggling with mental health issues, including therapy, medication, and support groups. Over thinking is killing of mental mental health. We think too many things and scenario that never happens, but we are always stressed.

 Meditations is also a good technique to improve mental health. Relaxing your body and mind just for 10 minutes in morning and evening will change your life. Prayer is best to relax mind and body because surrender to the almighty is so relaxing. Sone person use yoga to relax body and mind.
